Rami Elghandour - Chairman & CEO Arcellx

Rami Elghandour is an engineer, venture capitalist and CEO who’s making a positive impact through his work and leadership.  Rami built one of the most successful medical technology companies and established a culture recognized for its diversity. Rami earned recognition as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year, as one of the top CEOs in the U.S. and as one of the top CEOs for women and diversity.  Rami is a recipient of the Bill Campbell award by Watermark, a leading women’s organization, for his influence, impact, and advocacy in promoting women and women’s issues. Rami is currently Chairman and CEO at Arcellx, a biotechnology company developing treatments for cancer.  He serves as a start up advisor, a guest lecturer, and as a judge for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year program.

Ahmed Naiem - President of Lily AI

Ahmed Naiem is the President of Lily AI, the retail technology platform specializing in AI solutions for retailers and brands. A leading ecommerce innovator, Ahmed leads growth strategy for Lily AI’s product suite globally.
For two decades, he has worked across a broad range of disciplines spanning the ecommerce and retail industries, most recently as Chief Commercial Officer at EshopWorld (ESW), the global leader in ecommerce technology, payments, and logistics solutions, where he was instrumental in growing revenue from $6 million to over $1.5 billion in less than a decade.
With a passion for empowering teams and scaling global businesses, Ahmed leverages his extensive knowledge of the entire retail ecommerce ecosystem to drive growth agendas for some of the world’s top brands, including Nike,
Estee Lauder, Lululemon, Walmart, Amazon, and many more.
Ahmed holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers
University and is an investor and board advisor to a variety of technology startups.

Maysoon Zayid - Palestinian American actress and comedian

Maysoon Zayid is a comedian, actress, writer, and disability advocate. She is a graduate of Arizona State University and a Princeton Fellow. Maysoon is the co-founder/co-executive producer of the New York Arab American Comedy Festival and The Muslim Funny Fest. She was a full-time On Air Contributor to Countdown with Keith Olbermann and a columnist for The Daily Beast. She has appeared on 60 Minutes, CNN, ABC News, and Oprah Winfrey Networks. Maysoon had the most viewed TED Talk of 2014 and was thrilled to collaborate with Huda Beauty.
